Current Projects
At the present time the company carries out construction and development of four floating vessels: landing stage designed as a business center, landing stage - kitchen factory, landing stage - apart hotel and landing stage - hotel and administrative center. All four objects are designed for operation in the center of Moscow.
Landing Stage – Business Center (Project №889)

The construction is carried out under the supervision of the Russian River Register on the basis of reinforced concrete landing stage.
Place of permanent dislocation: Berezhkovskaya embankment, 850-900 meters below the “Kiev railway station” pier.
Berthing facilities will be fulfilled in the form of a car park (for 25-30 cars).
It is the first project that has a full autonomy of engineering systems: sewerage, water and electricity. Heat supply is provided by biofuel - pellets. This feature provides that this rack-mount vessel can be operated according to the strictest environmental protection requirements, and that the business center can be relocated to another moorage and operation area, which is not connected to shore communications, both on a temporary or permanent basis.
Landing Stage – Kitchen Factory (Project №33)

The construction is carried out under the supervision of the Russian River Register on the basis of reinforced concrete landing stage.
Place of permanent dislocation: Kosmodamianskaya embankment.
Electricity and water supply are provided from the central city systems. Pellet boilers are installed for heating.
Landing Stage – Apart Hotel (Hull Project №K01)

The construction is carried out under the supervision of the Russian River Register on the basis of reinforced concrete landing stage.
Place of permanent dislocation: Vorobyevskaya embankment.
For this project the first modular reinforced concrete hull is being produced in our shipyard in Kolomna.
